FCI managed the construction of 8,000 sf  tenant improvement in New York City.  The contemporary open floor plan allowed for multi-use spaces, including flexible work stations, lounge and dining areas, a photography “cyclorama” wall, and space for artistic venues.

Over 75% of our projects at any given time are from repeat clients.  For many of them, Flory Construction is the only builder they will work with.
